In uncertain times such as these, it’s so important to do what you can. Even the smallest steps can make a difference in someone’s life right now – or can even save a life. That’s why we’re so proud to see the huge step GM Partners is doing right now to help.

Helping Those Affected Most

General Motors is making 30,000 ventilators to help the United States fight the coronavirus pandemic. The automaker is partnering with Ventec Life Systems to help ensure there are enough of the emergency respiratory devices for all of those who need it most. They have committed to making these ventilators over the next five months. There are plans in place to get ventilators shipped as soon as this month to help as quickly as possible.

Business Partnerships are Helping to Save Lives

With the launch of StopTheSpread.org, these crucial partnerships continue to form. Their goal is “to connect and catalyze our nation’s businesses that are best-positioned to address the COVID crisis.” These partnerships are continuing to develop in response to the Defense Production Act, which seeks help from private companies during national crises.
